Here's a Speed Interview with the Hard Hittin' Kevin Talley!

Hey Kevin how's things going this year for you?
Things are going great. I just built a new Drum Room for my studio work and about to go on an awesome tour! It's gonna be a ton of fun!

How did the six feet under gig come about?
Barnes, Rob, and I talked about doing a side project a while ago. And then when some SFU guys quit, Barnes decided to get us in the band. It just came together.

Kind of like a mini Chimaira reunion?
Well I wouldn't say that. "Chimaira" in my mind is associated with "nightmare", and Rob and Matt didn't have anything to do with that. I would never compare this awesome experience in SFU with my time in chimiara!! haha.

How's your personal studio coming?
Killer! I just finished building a new drum room and it sounds great. So yeah I've been doing a ton of studio work and also producing drummers where they come to me and I help them get tones they want and also help with the drum parts.

What's next for you after the six feet under tour?
I will record the new album for Six Feet Under right after this tour. It's gonna be fucking awesome. The tunes are soooo killer!!!

Will Daath be back in the studio or back on the road?
Daath is taking a break until we pull our lives together. haha.

Are you doing any drumming for hire (studio work)?
Of course, I do a ton of studio work all the time. It's easy... People just send me mp3 scratch guitars recorded to a click and then I add drum tracks and send them over the internet. It's super easy.
